Eligible claims are defined in the Legal Shield Annex, which is part of your consentmanager agreement. Generally, it covers cookie banner compliance warnings where your consentmanager setup was active and configured. Check the annex for full terms.
Once you submit a claim through the dashboard, a partner lawyer is assigned to review your case. Response times depend on case complexity, but the process is designed to move quickly since compliance warnings come with deadlines.
Legal Shield is included from the Starter plan (€23/mo). There is no separate fee for Legal Shield itself. Cost coverage for eligible claims is included per the annex terms.
