Your reachable audience could be bigger than it looks
A customer buys from you, signs up, or gives you their email as part of an existing relationship. If they don’t also tick a marketing box, that contact may never be added to your email audience, even when soft opt-in could apply.
Email Lift helps you identify those cases, apply the right opt-out rules, and keep each contract’s marketing status synced across your tools.

The rules are simple. Meeting them on every send is the hard part.
Soft opt-in is not something you switch on once and forget. It only counts when all five conditions below are true, for every contact, on every send. Email Lift keeps all five in place: it records each consent state with its legal basis and timestamp, then syncs every change to the tools you already use.
Email Lift syncs with the tools you already use
Purchases, registrations, form submissions, opt-outs, and unsubscribes can happen across different systems.
Email Lift brings those signals together, so your CRM and email platforms work from the same up-to-date marketing status.

Common questions about Email Lift and soft opt-in
Article 13(2) of the ePrivacy Directive lets you market your own similar products to someone whose email address you collected during a sale or signup, as long as you offer an easy way to object at collection and in every message. It turns an opt-in regime into an opt-out one for the people who already chose you.
The exception exists across the EU, but ePrivacy is a directive, so each member state implements it in its own law. Scope differs, particularly around what counts as a similar product and whether B2B addresses are covered. We map the rules for the markets you send in during discovery. This describes the regulations and is not legal advice.
No. They cover different consent layers. Your cookie banner handles tracking consent on your website and apps. Email Lift records marketing and communication consent per person, across every channel and tool. They work side by side.
Anything that accepts a webhook. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Brevo and ActiveCampaign are the common ones, with Make and Zapier covering the rest of the stack. When someone unsubscribes in one tool, the revocation is written back and suppressed everywhere else.
Each state change is stored with a timestamp, the version of the notice the person saw, the source of the event, and any proof you attach. The record is exportable, so legal sees the evidence trail instead of a screenshot.
Penalties under the GDPR reach €20 million or 4% of global turnover, whichever is higher, and a soft opt-in only holds while the opt-out is genuinely offered at collection and in every message. That is why Email Lift records the basis for each send rather than assuming it.
It is quoted per project and sold as an all-inclusive package with a set number of dedicated setup hours, so there are no surprises later. Tell us about your stack and we will price it.
