These are your tasks
- Reach and qualify leads through outbound calls and social media
- Addressing and advising potential customers
- Development of customer contact strategies
- Business deal support
- Proactively manage contacts to ensure follow-ups, calls and meetings go ahead as planned
- Creation of weekly and monthly contact reports
You bring that with you
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a business development role or similar position
- Negotiation skills with high-level stakeholders
- Excellent and proactive communication skills
- Good teamwork and positive attitude
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Flexibility to work in a sales process
- Ideally experience with MS Office & Pipedrive
- Fluent in German, good knowledge of English – knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
